Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night’s room rate is required
to secure your booking. Cancellations notified more than 7 days
prior to
arrival will entitle you to a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to your arrival will
forfeit the
full deposit.
Terms & Conditions
* Guests named on the reservation are the only ones permitted to stay and any other guests must provide full check in details at the house together with payment.
* No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
* Guests' visitors must vacate before 10.00pm.
* Noise must be kept to a minimum as this B&B is located within a residential area.
